OUR RAW COIN POLICY:
We highly recommend that any buyer of our coins have the necessary knowledge and numismatic expertise in all aspects of the coin collecting industry, values, pricing, and a strong understanding of the condition and grading standards as recommended by the American Numismatic Association before purchasing or bidding onanycoin we offer for sale.
We can only guarantee authenticity and authenticity only for thirty (30) days. We cannot and will not guarantee the subjective opinion (that being a certain grade or condition) of a third party, nor guarantee that any mint error coin variety, die stage or die state mentioned will be labeled as such if it is not one recognized by the third party for labeling purposes. There are literally hundreds of known mint errors and varieties that are not recognized by all third parties for labeling purposes. Some recognize some, some recognize others that some don't. Weassume no liabilityfor any known mint errors thatanythird party refuses to recognize for labeling purposes.
Any mention we may make of the condition of any raw coin, is only our opinion and not to be confused with being “a certain numerical grade”. We cannot guarantee thatanythird party will agree with our opinion, as they may assign a different opinion that may be a higher opinion, a lower opinion or the same opinion of ours, yours or another third party. Wedonotoffer grades on raw coins in our listings. A “grade” is defined by a numerical number only from 1 to 70. The buyer assumes all liability on the condition of any coin purchased. If the buyer feels that any coin purchased does not meet the buyer's own criteria, the buyer is then obligated to request a return of the coin within the parameters of the 30-calendar day period if the buyer wishes to return the coin for a full refund.IMPORTANT: Please note, due to the 30-day limitations of the eBay buyer and seller protections provided by eBay rules, wedonotaccept any return after 30 calendar days from the date delivered according to the tracking data provided with shipping.
OUR GRADED COIN POLICY:
We guarantee that any coin listed that has been graded accordingly to the grade that appears on the holder by the third party company that has encapsulated it. We cannot guarantee any graded coin that has been resubmitted to the same company, or as a crossover to another company, that has resulted in a different condition or grade, or that has been encapsulated in a different holder than as sold.
GOLD COINS POLICY:
Due to any market fluctuations, any gold coins listed for sale will be noted with the gold content weight noted in the listing. If a buyer wishes to return a gold coin, the buyer will receive a refund of the full purchase price if the price of gold is the same or higher on the day the coin is received back determined by the return tracking. Should the value of gold be less on the day of return, again determined by the return tracking, the buyer will receive a refund equal to the gold content value at the time of receiving the return measured against the gold content value at the time of sale and adjusted from the original price listed and sold. Example: If a gold coin is purchased for $1,000, with a gold content value of $300 on the day sold, the buyer would then be refunded either the original $1000 purchase price if gold is higher on the day of return, or $900 if the coin's gold content value has dropped by $100 due to a market fluctuation. All gold coins will be listed with weight and percentage of gold content.
RETURN POLICY:
All returns must be requested within the 30-calendar days measured from the day of delivery as determined by the tracking included in the shipping, and must be in the same original holder as when sold. Please understand that there will be no exceptions to these policies. Simply click on “Return This Item” and a free return label will be generated and provided for any reason chosen as long as the request is within 30 days of the date delivered. Once the coin has been received and checked back into inventory, the buyer will be refunded, and is expected to be le plus cher processed within two days.
